Six separate buildings totalling 1200m2 under roof nestled into the Samford Valley community and surrounded by the local primary school and residential neighbours on a 400m2 site. All structures were light weight timber construction with both brick work, external cladding and weather boards to tie into the surrounding properties. This project was constructed with the community in mind with local suppliers and contractors used where ever possible.
